We are looking for an ABM Specialist to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for high-value clients and prospects in the IT services and consulting space. This role demands strong B2B marketing expertise, data-driven thinking, and close collaboration with sales and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ABM strategies aligned with company growth objectives, targeting high-potential IT services & consulting accounts
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns — content marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and personalized outreach
- Build account-specific content addressing unique challenges of IT decision-makers
- Work closely with sales on account planning, pipeline acceleration, and shared reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track ABM campaign performance and ROI
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data, market trends, and sales feedback
- Manage ABM budget and coordinate with external vendors as needed Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ABM principles and B2B marketing best practices
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools — Marketo / HubSpot
- Proficiency in CRM platforms — Salesforce preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Project management ability — handling multiple campaigns simultaneously Positive to Have
- ABM certification or relevant marketing certifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
