Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Discover Webtech Pvt. Ltd. Location: Work from Office Experience: 6 months to 1 year Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Discover Webtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to generate leads and build client relationships. This role is suitable for candidates with minimum 6 months of training/internship or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present company services effectively.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and update lead status regularly.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client requirements.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets. Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business development and lead generation.
- Confidence in cold calling and client follow-ups.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead generation tools.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is preferred. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 6 months of training/internship or work experience in Business Development/Sales is mandatory.
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience can apply.
