Business Development Executive (IT Sales) Location: Indore (Work From Office) Shift: Night Shift Experience: 1–3 Years Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting. Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements. Schedule meetings and present IT services and solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork. Robust lead generation and client acquisition skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand IT services, software development, digital marketing, and technology solutions. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
