- Client Management through effective SLA monitoring, query resolution and weekly connects.

- Process and Productivity Improvements
- Performance reviews
- Work in collaboration with the Quality / Work force planning & HR teams
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (Good knowledge of MS excel)
