Job Responsibilities As a key member of the Expert Network team, you will be responsible for: Expert Identification & Engagement
- Independently identify and engage with industry professionals and subject-matter experts aligned with client requests.
- Assess expert relevance and ensure strong project fit. Client Relationship Management
- Manage client communication during the US shift.
- Build trust-based relationships and understand core project needs. Expert Support
- Provide prompt assistance to experts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration. Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue by sourcing high-quality experts and growing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling avenues. Project Coordination
- Collaborate with consultants and analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between clients, experts, and internal teams. Research & Analysis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on client requirements.
- Deliver sharp insights on industries, markets, and trending topics. Preferred Qualifications We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields. Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust analytical and research capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and client-centric environment. Location:
- Mumbai-based candidates who can work remotely.
- Must be comfortable working the US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST) .
