Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain skilled and positive communication with customers at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles.
