Process Supervisor Production Indore

To supervise and control a specific production process, ensuring that the assigned operation is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while meeting production targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Control Operate and supervise the assigned process area. Ensure process parameters are maintained as per SOP. Monitor product quality during processing. Identify and immediately report process deviations.

Production Execution Execute daily production plans for the assigned process. Ensure material availability before starting operations. Achieve hourly and daily production targets. Minimize material losses and process wastage.

Manpower Management Supervise operators and helpers working in the assigned area. Allocate tasks and monitor productivity. Train operators on process SOPs and safety requirements.

Quality & Food Safety Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety requirements. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment. Complete process records and checklists accurately. Coordinate with QC for in-process approvals.

Equipment Monitoring Conduct start-up and shutdown checks. Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns. Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Documentation Maintain production logs and process records. Record downtime, rejections, and wastage. Submit shift-wise reports to the Production Manager.

QualificationsEducation Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
