OneStream System Finance Systems Specialist (Indore)

Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary CSI Andromeda is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist to serve as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for our One Stream EPM financial reporting platform. This role ensures system integrity, accuracy, and usability by managing hierarchies, reports, dashboards, and change requests, while supporting finance teams during critical reporting cycles. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update organizational hierarchies within One Stream.
- Administer and manage financial reports and dashboards.
- Oversee data loads, consolidations, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Own the end-to-end change request process, including documentation and implementation.
- Provide system support during month-end and quarter-end close cycles.
- Act as liaison between finance, business units, and technical/vendor teams.
- Deliver training, documentation, and audit/compliance support. Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with One Stream EPM platform (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of financial hierarchies and chart of accounts.
- Proven system administration and change management expertise.
- Data reconciliation and integrity management.
- Technical proficiency with One Stream architecture (SQL Server, IIS, VB.NET).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Report and dashboard management experience.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination. Qualifications

- Good experience in financial systems, FP&A;, or system administration.
- Experience in multi-entity or complex organizational environments.
- Familiarity with ERP transformation or finance system implementation projects. Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
