Job Summary: The Systems Administrator position will be a member of the company's IT Operations team assisting users with Desktop Support issues. This candidate will be primarily responsible for setting up and deploying company's endpoint devices, providing IT support to company's users, assisting with SaaS account access controls, creating IT documentation, assisting with key IT-related projects, and acting as the point-person for IT Onboarding and Offboarding . This is a full-time position onsite in Indore and reports to the IT Operations Manager. Responsibilities: ● Key technician for day-to-day IT support of company's employees including on-site and remote support ● Manage IT Endpoint inventory including computers, monitors, input devices (mice/keyboards/trackpads), printers and printing supplies, and headphones/Air Pods. ● Stakeholder in endpoint lifecycle process including procurement, lifecycle management, and retiring of endpoint devices and peripherals ● Triage cybersecurity related endpoint issues ● Perform onboarding duties for company's employees including equipment shipping, peripheral device procurement, endpoint device setup, and recent hire orientation ● Perform offboarding duties for company's including account and access revocation, equipment returns, and other required offboarding duties. ● Provide support to company's users utilizing Jira ticketing system in order to track issues and collect data-driven metrics ● Support company's meeting space technologies including Zoom/Google Meet Room hardware, displays, video bars, speakers, and microphones. ● Build and deploy IT approved operating systems, applications and software updates on endpoint devices utilizing device management systems such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune utilizing industry standard best practices for testing and validating packages prior to production deployment. ● Initiate, coordinate, and enforce company's policies and procedures ● The primary goal for this role should be to ensure company's employee technical needs are met RequirementsSkills and Experience: ● Educational Qualifications
- B. Tech / B.E (IT, CS, ECE) / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Computer Engineering ● 15+ years of Desktop Support experience or equivalent IT experience ● Apple Support Experience
- At least 5 years experience supporting Apple devices. This person would be familiar with Mac scripting (ZSH would be preferable) ● Apple Device Management
- At least 3 years experience managing either JAMF or Iru/Kandji. Iru experience would be great, but that may be a limited audience. ● Scripting/API
- I would like someone with 5 years experience writing scripts or building automation using APIs. ZSH and Powershell would be specifically what Id like to see. ● Azure
- I would like someone with 3-5 years of direct Azure support experience. This person would be familiar with role based access controls (RBAC), group based license management, and SSO. ● Microsoft Windows
- At least 3 years supporting Microsoft Windows (Win10/11)
- Familiar with supporting users with wireless networking and VPN issues in particular ● Windows Device Management/Intune
- At least 3 years experience supporting/using MIcrosoft Intune ● Exceptional English Language Skills
- Must be comfortable with conversational/written English as this person will need to work with US based staff sometimes ● Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience ● Experience with IT documentation and ticketing software (Jira preferred) ● Experience with business collaboration and communication tools (e.g. Google Meet and Zoom) ● Ability to prepare and interpret IT documents and step-by-step action plans ● Capability to install, diagnose, upgrade, and restore Apple and Windows based computers ● Familiarity with computer networking environments and terminology ● Familiarity with automation tools utilizing APIs ● Exposure to AI technologies
- LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI ● Exceptional client-facing and teamwork skills ● Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or the equivalent) ● A+ and ITIL Certification preferred ● Microsoft and/or Apple certifications preferred Soft Skills Required ● Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset ● Time management ● Excellent verbal and written english communication skills ● Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required) ● Documentation discipline Benefits- Medical & Life insurance
