Review assigned loan portfolios and identify overdue accounts.

Contact borrowers through phone calls, SMS, or field visits to collect overdue payments.

Understand the reasons behind loan delinquency and work with borrowers to find solutions.

Negotiate and finalize realistic and sustainable repayment plans with borrowers.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communication with borrowers.

Follow collection procedures and regulations set by the NBFC-MFI and RBI (Reserve Bank of India).

Achieve assigned collection targets within deadlines.

Report any potential fraud or suspicious activity to the concerned authorities.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with borrowers.
