The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for generating current business, achieving sales targets, promoting Society products such as Savings, Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring Deposit (RD), and other approved schemes, and maintaining robust relationships with members/customers. The BDO will also support branch operations through field activities, customer service, and collection follow-ups.
