Amma’s Pastries – Triprayar Amma’s Pastries, Triprayar is looking for a dedicated Outlet Supervisor to manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth customer service and quality standards. Job Role
- Supervise daily outlet operations
- Manage counter staff and kitchen coordination
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer service and complaints
- Stock monitoring and basic inventory control
- Daily closing reports and cash handling support Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in bakery / F&B; / retail supervision
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/reporting)
- Ability to handle team and pressure situations
- Malayalam mandatory (Hindi/English added advantage) Salary ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) Location Amma’s Pastries – Triprayar Benefits
