- Oversee daily Finished Goods (FG) warehouse operations and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per customer schedules and delivery plans.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
- Monitor loading, unloading, packing, and transportation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards in the FG area.
- Prepare and review dispatch documents, inventory reports, and MIS reports.
- Handle customer dispatch priorities and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor manpower allocation and warehouse productivity.
