The Impact You'll Make
As our Marcom Executive, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Danfoss Drives India’s market presence by driving brand awareness, demand generation, and qualified leads across key segments. By executing integrated digital and offline campaigns and closely supporting Sales and partners, the role will help convert marketing efforts into tangible business growth and reinforce Danfoss’s leadership in energy‑effective drive solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with Danfoss’s business and growth objectives Drive brand positioning, product promotion, and lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels Plan and execute demand generation initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, events, partner programs, and digital activations Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies with a focus on lead creation and market penetration Manage digital channels including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns to generate qualified leads Track, analyze, and report on marketing leads, conversions, and campaign performance using analytics tools Collaborate with sales and channel teams to handover, track, and nurture leads through the funnel Monitor website traffic and user behavior to optimize lead capture and digital performance Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication touchpoints
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline
Experience: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, energy, or technology sectors
