Description
Role & responsibilities
Preparation of RFQ documents (customer application data, proposal drawings, quote details, CRM, Co ordinating with sales and customer) and their document controls. Discussion and support to customer at pre and post development stage. Responsibility of generating product drawings at the time of quotation and start of development. Modify product designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyze until design meets specification requirements. Responsible for maintaining the record documentation
- Process Flow Chart, Key indicators, APQP files, maintain master drawings and issue control drawings. Finalization of Design validation plan (DVP) with customer Responsible for Product testing, report preparation and analysis in coordination with testing department. Sound knowledge of on Auto-Cad and NX (Unigraphics). SAP activities like material master, BOM and routing creation. Customer and IATF audits.
