CNC Setter cum Operator (Irungattukottai)

Set up CNC machines (Turning / VMC / HMC) as per job requirements
* Load and verify CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls)
* Perform tool setting, offset setting, and job changeover
* Operate machines to achieve production targets
* Read and interpret **engineering drawings and process sheets**
* Conduct **first piece inspection** and in-process inspection
* Maintain dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
* Ensure proper tool handling and tool life monitoring
* Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices
* Identify and report machine issues to maintenance
* Follow safety procedures and PPE usage Production Output / Target Achievement
