Field Operations Executive (Kudghat)

Responsibilities and Duties:
· To have on field responsibilities for setting up and supervising promotional and marketing activities basis Operations Procedure of the activity.
· Plan, train and monitor the performance as well as evaluate the activity continuously by being on field
· Responsible for putting on board vendors and partners.
· Open to working on weekends depending on activities and projects .
· Reporting to the Line Manager. Specifications:
· Passionate about meeting and influence people and provide a brand experience!
· Must have a positive attitude to explore new challenges
· Must be presentable and communicate freely and proficiently in Hindi, & Local languages. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
· Comfortable being on field/outdoors and travelling within and out of base location.
· Having Two-Wheeler or a two-wheeler driving license preferable.
· Education Level: Graduate or Equivalent. Job Experience:
· Min 1 – 2 years (on ground activation in Agency/ Events/BTL /On field Supervising Role) for Operations Executive Job Type: Full-time Perks:
