Job Title: Full Desk BDM – US Non-IT Staffing (Construction, Legal, Manufacturing, Accounting) Location: Onsite | DSL IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad Experience: 3–6 Years (US Staffing – Non-IT Domain) Are you an ambitious, target-driven professional with hands-on experience in both business development and recruitment within the US Non-IT staffing space? We’re looking for a Full Desk BDM who can drive revenue growth while managing end-to-end hiring delivery. ______________ Role & Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify, develop, and generate current business opportunities in the US Non-IT staffing market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients / hiring managers
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → client acquisition → account management
• Negotiate contracts, salaries and execute invoices
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Recruitment / Delivery:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client requirements
• Source, screen, and submit qualified Non-IT candidates (Construction Manufacturing, Engineering, Legal, Accounting etc.)
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Work closely with clients to ensure quality and timely closures
• Maintain robust candidate relationships and pipelines Account Management:
- Act as a single point of contact for both clients and candidates
• Ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
