Location In-charge / Supervisor (Mahabubnagar)

Job Description:
- Oversee daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, security, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all resort facilities and amenities.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where required.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service quality standards.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and feedback professionally.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate resort staff across departments.
- Conduct staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations.
- Train employees on customer service, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Maintain discipline and promote teamwork.
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to budgets and financial targets.
- Prepare operational reports, occupancy reports, and MIS reports.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory control.
- Ensure proper upkeep of rooms, landscaping, equipment, and utilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor water, electricity, generator, and infrastructure operations.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to improve occupancy.
- Coordinate with sales teams for group bookings, events, and corporate clients.
- Identify opportunities for operational and revenue improvements. Working Conditions
