Responsibilities Business Development Identify, develop, and generate current business opportunities in the US Non-IT staffing market
• Build and maintain robust relationships with direct clients / hiring managers
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → client acquisition → account management
• Negotiate contracts, salaries and execute invoices
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Recruitment / Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client requirements
• Source, screen, and submit qualified Non-IT candidates (Construction Manufacturing, Engineering, Legal, Accounting etc.)
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Work closely with clients to ensure quality and timely closures
• Maintain robust candidate relationships and pipelines Account Management: Act as a single point of contact for both clients and candidates
• Ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
