Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Ph.D. in a relevant discipline within Paramedical Sciences, Allied Health Care, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related fields from a recognized university. Experience 15–18 years of experience in Paramedical and Allied Health Care education, clinical training, or academic administration. Demonstrated experience in leading academic departments, schools, or institutions. Proven track record of industry–academia collaboration, clinical partnerships, and professional networking. Knowledge & Competencies Comprehensive understanding of statutory councils, regulatory bodies, and accreditation frameworks relevant to Allied & Health Sciences. Strong administrative, academic planning, and policy‑implementation skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑management abilities. Ability to drive curriculum development, research initiatives, faculty development, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to all constituent colleges under Allied & Health Care Sciences. Ensure compliance with all applicable councils, governing bodies, and accreditation standards . Strengthen clinical training, internships, and industry partnerships. Oversee academic operations, curriculum design, examinations, and quality benchmarks. Promote research, publications, consultancy, and innovation. Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development. Enhance student engagement, academic outcomes, and institutional visibility.
