Assistant Store Manager (Jaipur)

Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. This role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and solid customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations
- Assist in managing day-to-day store activities
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising (VM), and display standards
- Monitor opening and closing procedures 2. Sales & Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally 3. Team Management
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management
- Support training and grooming of team members 4. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize wastage
- Conduct regular stock audits 5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales and inventory reports
- Assist Store Manager in reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, HR, etc.) Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of retail/store experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
