Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Sourcing for HSL- Retail Process Authorizer Position description: To engage with potential customers to create awareness about bank's products&services; Primary Responsibilities: 1) The primary role is to engage with potential customers to create awareness about bank's products&services; 2) SO has to facilitate the fulfilment of the customer's banking requirements 3) SO will collect appropriate&relevant; documents / information duly cross-verified / validated with original documents. 4) Tap walk-in customers from ATM, Bank Branch and corporate channel, to increase cross sell opportunity. Additional Responsibilities: 1) Generate Income by sale of financial market and cross sale of Bank products2) Maintain good relationship with channel partners for generating leads. 3) Generate references from each customer to increase business prospect.
