We’re now looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our fully remote team and help us accelerate innovation through AI-driven development practices. ????Your Role You’ll be instrumental in building scalable backend systems, creating high-performance APIs, and leveraging AI tools to automate, optimize, and elevate the development process. ????What You’ll Do

- Develop and maintain backend functionality using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and optimize databases with SQL
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub & Jenkins
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to speed up coding, testing, and delivery
- Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features ????What We’re Looking For

- 4–7 years of backend development experience
- Robust proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and AWS
- Familiarity with or interest in AI-based development tools
- Remote working experience
