As we open our first flagship store, we’re seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead the way in delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding the brand's core values. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels and ordering to meet customer demand.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation in line with brand standards. 2. Customer Experience:
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, creating lasting impressions of the Iśvara brand.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Host tea-tasting sessions and provide expert guidance on our product range.
- Assist customers with placing bulk orders for special occasions or corporate gifting, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. 3. Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales and achieve store revenue targets.
- Implement in-store promotions and events in coordination with the marketing team.
- Gather customer insights and provide feedback to improve offerings and experiences. 4. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the premium lifestyle, food & beverage, or hospitality sectors.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to independently manage all store functions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Tea: A genuine interest in tea culture and appreciation for premium products is a plus. What We Offer
