Role Overview We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser who can translate the brand’s aesthetic and identity into refined in-store presentations. This role focuses on curating visual displays that highlight craftsmanship, enhance the boutique environment, and create a memorable and immersive customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Visual Display & Presentation
* Conceptualise and execute window displays and in-store visual setups aligned with the brand’s luxury identity.
* Ensure garments, accessories, and couture pieces are presented in a visually compelling and sophisticated manner.
* Maintain high standards of display aesthetics across the boutique. Brand Storytelling Through Merchandising
* Curate displays that communicate the inspiration, craftsmanship, and narrative behind collections.
* Collaborate with the design and retail teams to showcase new launches and seasonal pieces effectively. Boutique Experience & Styling
* Style mannequins and product displays to reflect the elegance and sophistication of the brand.
* Ensure the boutique environment remains visually engaging, refined, and aligned with the brand image. Display Planning & Maintenance
* Regularly refresh visual displays to maintain freshness and customer engagement.
* Ensure proper product placement, visual balance, and consistency across displays. Market & Trend Awareness
* Stay informed about global visual merchandising trends in luxury and couture retail.
* Introduce creative ideas that enhance the boutique experience while maintaining brand discipline. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Marketing Teams to ensure alignment between visual merchandising, sales strategy, and brand communication.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and in store campaigns. Performance Analysis & Store Insights
* Analyse the effectiveness of visual displays based on customer engagement and interaction.
* Monitor product movement and sales patterns to identify high-performing displays and merchandise.
* Observe and assess customer movement patterns within the store to optimize layout and product placement.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve display performance and overall retail experience. Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
* Strong visual sense with an eye for styling, presentation, and spatial aesthetics.  Ability to translate brand identity into impactful retail displays.
* Robust coordination and communication skills. What We Look For:
