Role Description We are seeking a full time Sales Development Representative to work on-site at our Jaipur location. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in driving business development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach to potential clients, representing the company’s solutions effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
- Strong Communication and Sales skills for engaging effectively with prospects and building relationships
- Experience in Business Development, with the ability to identify new growth opportunities and execute strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
