Sales Associate

Your role will focus on lead conversion, student counseling, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition
- Convert leads received through marketing campaigns
- Design and implement short-term and long-term sales plans
- Consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers
- Generate referrals to grow the sales pipeline Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and feedback to improve offerings
- Build strong and lasting relationships with students/parents Operations & Reporting
- Manage pre-sales to post-sales journey
- Provide excellent support and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in B2C Sales (Ed-Tech domain/US Sales Experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in US shift (Night shift)
