- Manage end-to-end jewellery production operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor product quality and production efficiency
- Coordinate with merchandising, QC, CAD, and sourcing teams
- Handle manpower planning and workflow management
- Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and wastage control
- Ensure adherence to production SOPs and safety standards
- Resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports Required Skills:
