Ceramic Production Manager (Jaipur)

Role & responsibilities 1. Manage day-to-day ceramic production operations, including raw material preparation, forming, glazing, firing, and finishing processes. 2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines 3. Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and workforce productivity. 4. Ensure ceramic products meet quality standards and specifications. 5. Supervise Electric & Gas kiln operations, temperature control, and process parameters for optimal product output. 6. Reduce production losses, defects, and material wastage through process improvements. 7. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, R&D;, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations. 8. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations. 9. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff and supervisors. 10. Prepare production reports, KPI analysis, and performance documentation. 11. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and consumables. 12. Support new product trials and process development activities. 13. Solid knowledge of ceramic production processes such as Spray drying, Pressing/forming, Glazing, Kiln/furnace operations, Quality control Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, 2. 5–10 years of experience in ceramic manufacturing or production management. 3.
