Associate Channel Sales Manager (Jaipur)

About the Role: We are looking for a energetic and result-Oriented Channel Manager to leadour expansion in Rajasthan. You will be responsible for driving the growth of Alibaba.coms ecosystem by managing sales teams, identifying market opportunities, and helping local SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) go global. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard high-potential exporters and manufacturers in Rajasthan (Textiles, Handicrafts, Gems & Jewelry, etc.).
- Channel Management: Develop strategies to increase Alibaba.coms platform penetration in the local B2B market.
- Client Relationship: High-level engagement with key accounts and ensuring high renewal rates. Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience. Must have started your career in ground-level sales and progressed to a Team Lead or Sales Manager role.
- Industry Background: Proven track record in B2B E-commerce. Preference will be given to candidates from IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Amazon (B2B), or Udaan.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the local Rajasthan market, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Mobility: Must be based in Jaipur and willing to travel within Rajasthan for business development.
