The ideal candidate should be a seasoned Civil Engineer with 18+ years of experience in project execution, construction management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and team leadership.*Key Responsibilities:*????Project Planning & Management:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.????Project Execution & Monitoring:
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and progress standards.????Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams.
- Drive a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
- Support talent development through coaching and training initiatives.????Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Present regular project status reports to senior leadership.
- Resolve project-related conflicts and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.????Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure smooth project continuity.????Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
