About Mitasu Labs Mitasu Labs is building the OS layer for D2C brands in India — the infrastructure that connects marketplace operations, performance marketing, catalog intelligence, and AI-driven workflows into a single growth engine. We work across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify, helping brands not just list and sell, but build scalable, data-informed commerce operations from the ground up.Founded by IIT Kharagpur '15 Almunus — with a background in investment banking and 10 years of hands-on experience across marketplace ecosystems, performance advertising, and building D2C brands from scratch. This is a small, high-intensity team where you'll work alongside the founder on live client accounts from day one.What You'll Do Marketplace Listings & Catalog Management — Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify. This includes content writing, keyword research, image coordination, and flat file uploads.Client Communication — Handle day-to-day client queries, coordinate deliverables, and maintain clear communication across accounts.AI Workflow Building — Help design and implement AI-powered workflows for content creation, social media scheduling, and other repeatable tasks.General Operations Support — Pitch in wherever needed across active client accounts and projects.What We're Looking For Must-Haves:Strong communication skills — written and verbalGenuine curiosity and a willingness to learn current tools, platforms, and processes quicklyBasic proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsFamiliarity with AI prompting (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) — you don't need to be an expert, but you should already be using these toolsOwn laptop (required)Good-to-Have: Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms (even as a buyer/seller)Interest in digital marketing, D2C brands, or marketplace ecosystemsComfort with fast-paced, unstructured work environmentsInternship DetailsStipend: up to 10,000/monthProbation: 1-week probation period before confirmation of full internshipWork Mode: Work from Office — JaipurWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)Positions: 1Requirement: Personal laptop is mandatoryWhat You'll Get Certificate of Completion upon successfully finishing the internshipChance for a full-time role based on performanceDirect exposure to founder-led decision-making across real client accountsHands-on experience with live e-commerce brands and AI tooling — not simulated projects Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n0agr
