Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Architect Design Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. You will be at the heart of our design process, turning concepts into stunning visual realities. In this in office role, you will collaborate closely with our project managers and construction teams to ensure that every design is accurate, functional, and aligns perfectly with our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities Design Execution: Create high-quality, detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects. Collaboration: Work alongside project managers to integrate design plans into actual construction workflows. Problem Solving: Proactively address technical challenges and provide creative design solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet company standards, client specifications, and local building codes. Coordination: Act as a bridge between design concepts and site execution to maintain project alignment.

Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise: Proficiency in architectural design with a solid portfolio showcasing 2D drafting and 3D modeling/visualization. Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent). Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant field. Project Management: Ability to manage design timelines and ensure project requirements are met with precision. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design with a problem-solving mindset. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
