General Manager Operations and Maintenance (Jaipur)

Head Operations & Maintenance (GM/CGM) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance leader to head the Corporate O&M; function and drive operational excellence across multiple infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for asset performance, maintenance strategy, cost optimization, SLA compliance, process standardization, and stakeholder management to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Strategic Management
- Develop and implement O&M; strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Standardize O&M; processes, SOPs, and performance measurement systems across projects.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through ERP, CMMS, SCADA, and IoT-based maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and OEM guidelines. Operational Excellence
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability and uptime.
- Monitor asset performance and maintenance KPIs.
- Oversee warranty claims, vendor coordination, and technical support activities.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual O&M; budgets and forecasts.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across manpower, spare parts, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor contract performance, profitability, and SLA adherence.
- Identify opportunities for productivity enhancement and cost reduction. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Planning, IT, EHS, and Quality teams for operational improvements.
- Engage with clients, concessionaires, OEMs, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
- Lead performance review meetings and maintain strong customer relationships. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop O&M; professionals across projects.
- Build organizational capability through training and succession planning.
