- Monitor KPIs to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Provide assistance to customers in using our products and services.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales teams. Desired Skills & Experience:
- BBA, B.Com, MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Decent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
