Production Supervisor (SMPS / Driver Department) (Jaipur)

- Supervise daily production activities of SMPS and LED Driver assembly lines.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets and timely order completion.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
- Monitor production quality, rework, and rejection levels.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of production processes and SOPs.
- Maintain production records and update ERP/SAP entries.
- Monitor material usage and control wastage.
- Train and guide operators on production and quality requirements.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve production issues.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, SMPS, LED Drivers, or related industries preferred. Qualifications :
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SMPS, LED Driver, Electronics, PCB Assembly, or Electrical Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production processes, manpower management, and quality control.
- Basic understanding of electronic components, testing procedures, and assembly operations.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and production reporting.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle shop-floor operations independently and work under production targets. Pay: ₹30,000.00
