About Drivomate Drivomate Technologies is an Indian deeptech startup building camera-only, edge-AI ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) for Indian road conditions. Our flagship product, DriveSafe Moto, is a patented AI-powered safety co-pilot designed for the chaos, density, and edge cases of Indian traffic. India loses more people to road crashes than to most diseases. We exist to change that number. The Role We are hiring a Founder's Office Associate — one sharp, high-ownership operator who will work directly with the founder and become the operating spine of the company. This is a builder's seat — strategic in mandate, hands-on in execution. What You'll Own You will be accountable for outcomes across two modes — orchestrating some functions through our team, and executing others yourself. You will orchestrate: B2C sales — owning the funnel and the number, driven through interns and the team Marketing — briefing and coordinating execution across interns and vendors Testing — planning, scheduling, and owning results Partner outreach — building and maintaining the pipeline PR — coordinating content, posts, and visibility You will execute directly: The weekly operating rhythm — keeping every commitment on track The OEMs project — coordination, documentation, and follow-through Who You Are Prior work experience of at least 6 months in a startup, consulting firm, or rapid-moving operating role You have shipped something hard end-to-end — not just assisted on it You write clearly, follow up relentlessly, and treat a dropped ball as a personal failure You run toward ambiguity instead of waiting for instructions You are genuinely drawn to the mission of road safety in India You want a long-term seat, not a short line on a resume What This Role Is Not Not a personal assistant role. Calendar work is one part of a much larger mandate. Not a single-function specialist role. If you only want to do marketing or only sales, this isn't a fit. Not a 9-to-6, wait-for-instructions role. You will be handed ambiguity and expected to return outcomes.
