Procurement Assistant (Jaipur)

Position: Procurement Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Industry: FMCG

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day purchasing operations, vendor coordination, and procurement planning. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an FMCG company and a strong understanding of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods at the best price and quality Maintain and update vendor database — onboarding new vendors and evaluating existing ones Plan and forecast procurement needs based on production requirements and stock levels Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals Track and follow up on pending orders to avoid supply disruptions Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards Work closely with the warehouse, production, and accounts teams for smooth operations Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred) 1–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an FMCG company Positive knowledge of vendor coordination and supply chain management Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/procurement tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good follow-up and multitasking ability Salary budget for this role is 30-40k Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n80hq
