Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in handling end-to-end residential construction projects , from structural execution to finishing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design and safety standards across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete site execution from structure to finishing stage

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Monitor quality control , workmanship, and material usage

Plan and track project timelines and ensure timely completion

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Handle site billing, measurements, and quantity verification

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols

Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions

Conduct regular site inspections and reporting to management

Maintain proper documentation including DPRs, material logs, and progress reports

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of RCC structure, finishing works, and residential construction

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

Good understanding of site management and project planning

Experience in handling premium residential projects preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Valuable communication and coordination abilities

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential construction projects
