Assistant Merchandiser (Jaipur)

Company Description Jaipur Morni is a Jaipur based fashion brand creating Indo, Western, and Ethnic wear for contemporary women. Our collections focus on wearable fashion with strong attention to prints, comfort, quality, and design details. We operate with an in house production setup and work across sampling, manufacturing, merchandising, and product development to bring collections to life quickly and efficiently.

We are growing and looking for a Merchandiser who enjoys working closely with product, factory operations, sampling, trims, inventory, and execution teams.

As a Merchandiser at Jaipur Morni, you will act as the bridge between design, production, inventory, trims, sampling, and execution teams. This role requires someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, solving operational gaps, and ensuring products move smoothly from concept to final garment.

Ensure continuous sample and pattern development and coordinate with Master to maintain workflow continuity

• Manage trims planning and arrangement from layer copy including threads, laces, borders, piping, belts, and accessory requirements

• Conduct regular floor checks, observe departments, and perform random QC checks on garments

• Manage showroom readiness and ensure all new samples are properly displayed

• Support fabric planning and restocking through consumption tracking

• Stay aligned with internal and external development teams for trims, embroidery, lace, and detailing work

• Research fashion trends and identify ideas that fit Jaipur Morni's design language

Experience in merchandising, garment production, fashion operations, or a related field preferred

• Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and garment workflows

• Comfortable handling multiple departments and shifting priorities
