The Architect will focus on designing, detailing, and managing architectural projects from initial conception to completion. Key responsibilities include developing architectural designs, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. The Architect will also collaborate on the integration of innovative solutions to meet client needs effectively.Qualifications Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and proficiency in design tools and software Strong skills in Software Development and system integration for design and project execution Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and timeline managementThorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders Relevant educational qualifications in Architecture or related fields Professional licensure or certification in architecture (preferred)Prior experience working on large-scale projects and with multidisciplinary teams is a plus
