Position: Project Manager Location: Hoshiarpur , Punjab Employment Type: Permanent CTC: Up to 15 LPA Experience Required: 6–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to manage end-to-end project execution, planning, and delivery. The candidate will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to PMO processes, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and hands-on experience in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and invoicing. Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestone plans.
- Act as Scrum Master and ensure smooth Agile project execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders for project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization effectively.
- Handle PMO documentation, reporting, and process compliance.
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare and manage invoicing, budgeting, and project cost tracking.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates to management.
