Role: NOC Senior Engineer (L3) – Cloud + Kubernetes (EKS) Location: Bangalore Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts (cab facility provided for off-hours) Engagement: Contract Basis Experience: 6-8 years and must have worked on L3 level Required expertise:
• Must have experience in AWS & Azure cloud operations
• Must have experience in Kubernetes (EKS) operational support
• Linux & Windows server administration
• Networking concepts – VPC/VNet, DNS, Load Balancers, Routing, Firewalls, NSGs
• AWS RDS/Aurora & Azure SQL operations
• Terraform & automation exposure
• Monitoring tools – Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus
