Dispatch Supervisor (Wardha)

Position: Dispatch Supervisor Industry Paper Manufacturing / Paper Industry Address: S. No. 6, NH7, Ajanti Village, City: Hinganghat, Maharashtra, India 442301 Experience 0.5 to 3 Years Education Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) preferred Diploma / Graduate candidates with relevant experience may also apply. Department Dispatch / Logistics / Supply Chain Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities for finished goods.
- Prepare dispatch schedules as per sales orders and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, transport documents, and gate passes.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure material safety and timely dispatch.
- Track vehicle movement and update delivery status to customers and internal departments.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement details, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with transport vendors for timely deliveries.
- Support inventory management and warehouse coordination activities. Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/software systems and MS Excel,
- DataMan Software experience is an added advantage
- Ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations is an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
