Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. The ideal candidate should have completed a UI/UX course from a reputable institute and should have 1 to 2 years of work experience.

Who are we looking for?


- 1 to 2 years of experience


- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role


- Portfolio showcasing design projects


- Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g., Figma)


- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Figma and Photoshop


- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders


- Positive time-management skills

Requirements

Role & responsibilities:


- Research and Analysis:


- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.


- Wireframing and Prototyping:


- Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.


- Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.


- Interaction Design:


- Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals.


- Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.


- Visual Design:


- Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics.


- Compliance with Style Standards:


- Ensure adherence to style standards, encompassing fonts, colors, and images.


- Usability Testing:


- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas.


- Identify and troubleshoot potential UX issues, emphasizing responsiveness.


- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:


- Continuously monitor the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies for ongoing process improvement.

Tools:


- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch etc

Qualification/Interest:


- Bachelor's degree in design (UI/UX) from a reputed college/university


- Course in UI/UX from a reputed institute
