Language Specialist- German (Prem Nagar)

Job Title: German Language Specialist- AI & LLM Training (Freelance/Remote) Location: India (Remote) About the Role: Are you passionate about language, technology, and the future of Artificial Intelligence? We are looking for highly skilled German Language Specialists to support the development and enhancement of next-generation AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will work closely with cutting-edge AI technologies by evaluating AI-generated content, improving linguistic accuracy, and helping shape culturally relevant and human-like interactions for global users. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative AI projects used by leading technology companies worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and review AI-generated prompts, responses, and conversations in German and English.
- Assess content for grammar, fluency, factual accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance.
- Provide detailed feedback and quality ratings to improve AI model performance.
- Create, edit, and refine high-quality linguistic datasets for AI training purposes.
- Identify linguistic errors, cultural inconsistencies, and biases in AI outputs.
- Collaborate with global AI teams, linguists, and researchers on language-focused projects.
- Follow annotation and evaluation guidelines while contributing process improvement ideas.
- Ensure natural, professional, and culturally appropriate language usage across all tasks. Required Qualifications:
- Native-level or near-native fluency in German with strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Valuable command of English for communication and evaluation tasks.
- Candidate must possess advanced or highest-level German language certification (C1/C2 or equivalent professional certification).
- Willingness to complete German and English language assessments during the hiring process.
- Candidates should be capable of achieving C1/C2 or professional-level scores in assessments.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and comprehension skills.
- Prior experience in translation, localization, content writing, editing, annotation, or language evaluation is preferred.
- Interest or experience in AI, NLP, Generative AI, or LLM-related projects will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on AI training, annotation, or data labeling projects.
- Familiarity with linguistic quality evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
