- 11,000 sq. ft. Banquet Hall
- 25,000 sq. ft. Lawn Area Experience in managing events, banquets, weddings, and hospitality operations will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end hotel operations
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B; operations
- Ensure high standards of guest relations and customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff hiring, training, and daily team management
- Drive sales, marketing, and business growth initiatives
- Coordinate banquet, event, and lawn operations
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency
- Maintain service quality and operational standards Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in overall hotel operations management
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, F&B;, Guest Relations, and Sales/Marketing
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience handling banquets/events/hospitality operations preferred
- Local candidate or someone familiar with the Jammu/Kathua region will be preferred Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hospitality management experience
