Trainer - Civil Engineer (Jammu)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions at construction sites The trainer will be responsible for imparting practical knowledge ensuring adherence to safety standards and upskilling workers engineers and site supervisors in modern construction practices tools and techniques Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site training programs for workers technicians engineers and supervisors on civil construction practices Train participants on practical construction methods site management and quality control procedures Ensure compliance with safety standards labor regulations and environmental guidelines during training Demonstrate correct usage of tools machinery and construction materials Develop and deliver training modules in areas such as Masonry concreting and plastering techniques Bar bending shuttering and reinforcement practices Formwork and scaffolding safety Site layout and leveling Reading and interpreting civil drawings Modern construction technologies and sustainable practices Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement Prepare training reports maintain attendance records and assess learning outcomes Coordinate with site management to schedule training sessions without hampering work progress Requirements Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering B Tech B E preferred Minimum 1-3 years of field site experience in civil construction Prior experience in training skill development or mentoring is an advantage Robust knowledge of civil engineering practices site supervision and construction quality standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Hindi English regional language Ability to handle diverse groups of learners including unskilled semi-skilled workers Strong commitment to safety discipline and practical training delivery Preferred Skills Certification in training skill development NSDC SSC or equivalent preferred Knowledge of new-age construction technologies precast modular construction green building practices Familiarity with CSR-funded training projects will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00
