Calling Executive (Jammu)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Calling Executive to join our team The role involves making outbound inbound calls to customers to promote products services handle queries or gather information The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential existing customers to inform them about products services or follow up on leads Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or resolve issues Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM databases Follow communication scripts and standard procedures Meet daily weekly monthly call and conversion targets Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers Provide accurate information and offer solutions based on customer needs Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Requirements High school diploma or equivalent a degree is a plus 0-2 years of experience in a calling telemarketing or customer service role Excellent communication skills in languages required
